這款氈酒選用了五種代表香港文化的草本植物： 台灣的有機花卉農場採購的白蘭花、扎根香港逾百年的「永利檀香」、 家族乾貨店「同昌海味」家搜購優質陳皮、 「茗香茶莊」的龍井及 本地家庭企業的當歸。經過精密的蒸餾工藝，這些東方草本與傳統的杜松子完美融合，交織出一種既溫暖又充滿活力的獨特風味。每一口，都是對香港情懷的致敬。

• 風味筆記： 初聞是濃郁清雅的白蘭花香與溫暖的檀木氣息；入口後，陳皮的甘甜與龍井的茶韻在舌尖散開，尾韻帶有淡淡的當歸回甘。

• 飲用建議： 推薦調製經典 Gin & Tonic。將 50ml 氈酒倒入裝滿冰塊的杯中，加入優質湯力水，最後飾以一片檸檬皮，以激發其獨特香氣。

Perfume Trees Gin is more than just a spirit; it is a love letter to Hong Kong. As one of the city's pioneering craft gins, it captures the essence of a Hong Kong summer, specifically the nostalgic scent of White Champaca flowers.

To create this authentic taste of the city, the distillery sources five distinct botanicals from trusted partners. Fresh White Champaca flowers are harvested from organic farms in Taiwan, while key local ingredients are sourced from Hong Kong's historic merchants: sandalwood from the century-old Wing Lee Sandalwood, aged tangerine peel from the family-run Tung Cheong Sea Products, Longjing tea from Ming Heung Tea House, and Angelica from a local family enterprise. The result is a vibrant, aromatic gin that bridges traditional English gin heritage with the soul of the Orient.

• Tasting Notes: The nose opens with rich floral notes of White Champaca and warm sandalwood. On the palate, it delivers a complex sweetness from the aged tangerine peel and the crisp dryness of Longjing tea, finishing with a subtle earthy sweetness.
