The Wild One: Untamed Rosé

Introduction: A bold cuvée of white Pu’er from Lincang blended with rose petals, berries, citrus, and Yunnan black pepper. Pouring a salmon pink with light rose gold hues and orange glints, the mousse is fine with an elegant train of bubbles. The palate is vibrant and dry, structured like a classic dry rosé, where notes of strawberry and lemon peel rise above a base of earthy white tea and soft floral tones—wild and unapologetic. Beautifully blended to evoke summer berries and fresh-cut watermelon on the nose.
