2022 Bera e Basta!

From the Bera Vittorio e Figli winery, located in the Piemonte region of Italy, comes the "Bera e Basta!" 2022. This is a natural sparkling wine made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes. The vines are on average 40 years old and are grown on siliceous sandy marl soils from marine sedimentation. The wine is made using a spontaneous fermentation process that is stopped before completion, with residual sugars left in the bottle, allowing a second fermentation to occur and create the characteristic sparkle. It is produced with no added sulfites.
