This vibrant Pinotage is a testament to Craig's minimal-intervention philosophy. The grapes are sourced from 33-year-old bush vines in Swartland, a region renowned for its old-vine heritage. Following a meticulous hand-harvest, the wine undergoes whole-bunch fermentation and is aged in concrete, resulting in a pure, fresh, and energetic expression of the grape, without any added sulphites.
