2023 Cascina Tavijn Teresa

Named after winemaker Nadia Verrua's mother, this 2023 "Teresa" from Cascina Tavijn is a beautiful expression of the Ruché grape. From the family's certified organic vineyards in Piedmont, Italy, the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for a year in large, old wooden barrels. It is bottled without filtration or the addition of sulphur dioxide, resulting in a lively, pure, and aromatic red wine that perfectly reflects the Verrua family's passion for their native grapes.
