From the collective of Les Vins Pirouettes, this "Le Tutti Frutti de Stephane" 2023 is a white, dry wine produced by winemaker Stephane Le Grand of Domaine Christian Binner. Hailing from the Alsace region of France, this wine is a blend of Auxerrois Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Moscato, and Gewurztraminer grapes, all grown biodynamically and organically. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a two-week maceration on their skins, which contributes to its elegant aroma and soft tannins. Fermented with wild yeast in steel tanks, the wine is matured on its lees for 10 months and bottled without filtration or added sulphites.
