2023 Summertime Le temps est bon

From the collaboration of winemakers Sébastien Bobinet, Emeline Calvez, and Bruno Richard, comes this 2023 "Le temps est bon," a delightful sparkling wine from their Summertime project. This "pét-nat," or pétillant naturel, is a vibrant expression of the Loire Valley. It is made from a blend of organically farmed Chenin Blanc and Grolleau Gris grapes, which are fermented using the ancestral method to create its fine, persistent bubbles. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and made with zero additions.
