From the celebrated natural winemaker James Erskine of Jauma, comes "Origins" 2024. This vibrant wine is made from Arneis grapes, a rarity in South Australia, sourced from organically farmed vines grown by Jim Zerella in Peter's Creek, Adelaide Hills. The winemaking process includes carbonic maceration to enhance its fruity character, and the wine is then aged in stainless steel for 11 months, preserving its fresh and pure expression. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with zero added sulphur, it’s a beautiful example of Jauma's minimal-intervention philosophy.
