Notes Crafted in a Beaujolais style using gentle carbonic maceration. This organic, biodynamically farmed chilled red features an unexpected hibiscus-pink hue with notes of red currants, strawberries, and pomegranate, wrapped in a textured finish. Unfiltered, unfined, with zero added sulfur. Best served chilled.
