This Limited Edition has been bottled to celebrate Big Peat’s 15th Anniversary. Our renowned Whisky character has blended the finest Islay Single Malts, predominantly maturing the spirit in hand-selected Red Wine Casks. Released in a bespoke, giftable carton featuring 15 discoverable points about Big Peat, the Isle of Islay and the unique Whisky itself.

Nose Intense Islay peat smoke intertwined with dark fruits, blackberries, and cherries from the red wine casks, accompanied by a gentle coastal saltiness.

Palate Full-bodied and robust, perfectly marrying peat smoke with rich red wine fruitiness. Offers layered notes of dark chocolate, summer berries, and warming spices.

Finish Long, warming, and satisfying, with lingering bonfire smoke, sea salt, and a sweet touch of dark berries.

Tips for Serving Best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to unlock the complex fruit notes and deep peat profile. Pairs wonderfully with smoked meats or dark chocolate.
