Released to celebrate the 2024 Fèis Ìle (Islay Festival), Big Peat has transformed into a sweet, swashbuckling buccaneer! This exciting limited edition takes the classic peaty Islay malt and finishes it in specially selected Rum casks. The result is a brilliantly balanced dram that marries rugged coastal smoke with a delicious wave of rich, tropical sweetness.

Nose A tropical twist on a classic! Big Peat's signature bonfire smoke is beautifully matched with surprising notes of grilled pineapple, sweet coconut, and soft tropical fruits.

Palate Bold, sweet, and incredibly layered! A rich wave of dark sugar and toffee from the rum casks hits the palate first, blending perfectly with that famous Islay peat smoke, sea salt, and a touch of vanilla.
