Prosperité de l'Entreprise (Prosperity of the Enterprise) is a unique, structured red blend created by Daniel Sage from grapes sourced from trusted friends in the Ardèche, featuring Merlot and Carignan. The label, designed by Belgian artist Jean Raine, reflects the wine’s own surrealist energy. The blend combines two vinification styles: some fruit is direct-pressed, while the rest undergoes a three-week maceration, resulting in a complex and layered texture. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine ages for a year in neutral, old barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, this Vin de France is a wonderfully vivid, slightly acidic red that shows intense focus and a structured, long finish, embodying the spirit of collaboration and artistic freedom.

Aroma & Palate | A rich and lively red with structure and focus. The palate is slightly acidic, displaying concentrated dark fruit flavours alongside savoury elements of spice, reflecting the different maceration methods. It possesses excellent definition, a long aftertaste, and is best served slightly chilled (around 14-16∘C)
