BARREL-AGED ORGANIC VODKA
Rated ★★★★★+ by the respected Difford’s Guide, we aged our organic vodka in a Muscat wine barrel for five months, bringing a lovely aroma from the sweet wine and a fantastic taste. This second batch is just as good as the first, perhaps even pulling some notes from the brandy that rested in the cask before the Muscat. Try in a Martini or topped up with soda or tonic.
TASTING NOTES
Smooth on the tongue, with notes of apricot, raisins and burnt caramel - whilst still recognisably a superior vodka. A touch of oak and vanilla on the nose.
