SPEYSIDE SLOE GIN

Using our award-winning Organic Gin as a base, we macerate sloe berries and just the right amount of organic sugar for eight months before bottling. Our recipe means this is not too sweet and perfect to enjoy in a Negroni, with Champagne, with tonic, or simply over ice.
TASTING NOTES
Dry and light on the palate, with delicate flavours or red fruit and spice, and the unmistakable flavour of sloe berries. A touch of almond on the nose, with a hint of pine coming from the juniper.
