Fernet Hunter BC

A modern spin on an old Italian bitter, Fernet Hunter BC is a limited edition version of the original Fernet Hunter. Fernet Hunter BC is a tribute to snowboard culture, a love shared by Fernet Hunter's founder Raphael Holzer and Endeavour Snowboards' Max Jenke. The two men worked together to create the brand.

Wild blueberries, which are native to the area around Brunnwald, Austria (where Fernet Hunter was born) and the Central and Northern Interior of British Columbia, Canada (where Endeavour was born), are what set Fernet Hunter BC apart from its siblings. Perfect for sipping on the rocks or mixed with soda while perched atop a snow-capped mountain, this real bitter is crafted from a blend of wild blueberries, arnica, orrisroot, and lavender. Its fragrant character and complexity are sure to wow.

All of these lovely, delicate blueberry undertones may be extracted using the same process of gentle rotational infusion. Blending Fernet Hunter BC after extraction yields a mild 29% alcohol by volume (ABV).
