Holzer Original Granit is the drier, more rugged sibling of the classic Holzer Original. Designed for those who prefer their spirits crisp and savory, this expression contains significantly less sugar, allowing the raw character of the botanicals to shine through.

True to its name "Granit," this spirit reflects the terroir of the Austrian Mühlviertel region. It retains the beloved floral base of the family recipe but introduces a distinct minerality and sharpness. It is a sophisticated, bone-dry bitter that captures the essence of the alpine earth.

Nose: A complex bouquet of lavender, citrus, and ginger, underpinned by notes of limestone and hot granite.

Palate: Floral and intensely mineral, lifted by a zesty hint of lime peel.
