2022 La Sagesse

Mostly Grenache from three plots on the Gramenon plateau. Two plots on the limestone plateau at 300 meters, and one on the more sandy southern slope. Vines that are around 50 years old. Harvest was partially destemmed, and maceration lasted 15 days in wooden and cement vats. Aged in barrels for 12 months.
