Notes Shiraz, but not as you know it! A vibrant carbonic Shiraz sourced from a 280m altitude, dry-grown organic vineyard. Rooted in grey sand and ironstone soils, it undergoes one week of carbonic maceration and 11 months of maturation in fibreglass. Fully loaded with expressive candy shop and plum flavors. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
