2020 Mas Foulaquier Les Tonillieres

Beautiful, peppery red wine. Ripe black fruits, flowers, black pepper, and spices. Robust, elegant, and ready for drinking.

Long maceration at low temperatures. There is no interference during fermentation. There was no addition of sulphur or yeast. Only a minor amount of sulfite was added before bottling. 24 months in used wooden barrels.

Perfect with Mediterranean food, steak, stew, BBQ, spicy meals, and strong sauces (red wine).
