2024 Bisou

"Bisou" (Kiss) is Domaine Mosse's unabashedly tender and utterly smashable light red, crafted by the highly respected Loire family. This vibrant 2024 blend features a kaleidoscope of local varieties, including Grolleau, Pineau d'Aunis, and Cabernet Franc. The wine achieves its famously light, crunchy character through short carbonic maceration—a technique used specifically to lift the fruit and floral notes without extracting excessive tannin or sweetness. Produced with minimal intervention and natural ferments, the result is a supremely thirst-quenching red with a juicy body and light texture. Though named 'Kiss,' this pure, zesty cuvée goes straight to the heart, perfect for chilling and drinking as an apéritif or with lighter fare.  

Aroma & Palate | A light, crunchy, and immediately thirst-quenching red. The nose offers bright aromas of crushed raspberry and floral notes, highlighted by a signature hint of white pepper. The palate is juicy, fresh, and light-textured, with zingy fruit that makes it irresistibly easy to drink.
