2023 Domaine Mosse Moussamoussettes

Mainly Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau. The grapes were crushed directly into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The wine was bottled to conclude fermentation, making it a Pétillant Naturel. The Mosses manually disgorged this sparkling wine, so it's not crystalline rosé but has little sediment.
