This non-vintage 100% Riesling from a single vineyard has a delicate sparkle from secondary fermentation in the bottle. Nestarec's distinctive energy and fragrance of Danger are present, but the wine also has an X-factor, likely resulting from the combination of Bilovice loess, noble grape, and lees time.
