Notes An esoteric and textural skin-contact white crafted from ancient, high-altitude vines on steeply terraced mica-schist soils. Fermented with two weeks on skins, it offers vibrant citrus notes, bone-dry tannins, great acidity, and a savory edge. Organic, unfiltered, with zero added sulfur.
