Pirouettes PetNat de Fabrice BLANC

From the collective of winemakers known as Les Vins Pirouettes in Alsace, comes this "Pet-Nat de Fabrice." Crafted by the talented Fabrice Dodane, this natural sparkling wine is a blend of Sylvaner, Riesling, and Muscat grapes. The organically and biodynamically farmed vines grow on granite soils, which imparts a beautiful minerality to the wine. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are directly pressed and the wine is aged in stainless steel for eight months, resulting in a vibrant, crisp, and unfiltered sparkling wine with no added sulphites.

Aroma & Palate | A floral and fruity profile with notes of nectarine, citrus, and a hint of honey. The palate is light-bodied with soft bubbles and a refreshing, mineral-driven finish.
