This vibrant white blend is the result of Les Vins Pirouettes, an exciting initiative led by the acclaimed natural winemaker Christian Binner. The project unites passionate local organic and biodynamic growers across Alsace, pooling their expertise and high-quality fruit. Named "Pulpe de Raphael," this wine showcases an aromatic field blend, typically combining the acidity of Riesling with the texture of Chasselas, Silvaner, and Auxerrois. Grapes are meticulously hand-harvested, and the winemaking follows a strict minimal-intervention approach: spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, and gentle handling throughout. The result is a pure, unadulterated expression of the unique Alsatian terroir, bottled with the freshness and transparency of true natural wine.
