Made by The Other Right, this NASAA Certified Organic Shiraz, grown by Ernst Sigel in the McLaren Vale, stands as a testament to pure, organic viticulture. The winemaking is focused on intensity and texture: whole bunches deliver a broody depth, while a small addition of Grenache (co-planted across the vineyard) adds lift and a touch of blue fruit complexity. Bottled with minimal intervention, this vintage turned out to be the "juiciest of them all," offering concentrated flavour while retaining a delightful freshness when served chilled.

Aroma & Palate | A concentrated, juicy, and beautifully broody red that benefits immensely from chilling. The whole bunch character dominates, delivering ripe, dark fruit notes alongside suggestions of chocolate, cedar, and black pepper. The Grenache component introduces an intriguing lift of blue fruit, adding complexity without sacrificing the wine's rich concentration. The texture is lush and demands another sip.
