名字叫「膽小老鼠」(Timorous Beastie)，但實力絕對不容小覷！這款小批次生產的威士忌集合了蘇格蘭高地多家頂級酒廠（如 Dalmore, Glengoyne 等）的精華。堅持無添加色素及非冷凝過濾，充滿豐富的麥芽與甜點香氣，是一款極具驚喜、讓新手也能一口愛上的高地威士忌。

聞香 起初是極度討喜的香甜氣息，隨後慢慢散發出柔和的花香、清新的麥芽與帶點微辛的蜂蜜香氣。

口感 豐富而有趣！入口先感受到一點溫暖的香料感，接著滿滿的葡萄乾果香與濃郁的太妃軟糖甜味在口中化開，甜美迷人。 

餘韻 溫柔且甜蜜，帶有橡木的醇厚香氣、牛奶麥片的溫潤，最後留下一抹猶如法式蛋白霜 般的輕盈甜香。 

飲用建議 充滿甜點般的誘人風味，非常適合飯後純飲慢慢細味。若配搭朱古力或焦糖甜點，更能將它的香甜軟糖風味發揮到極致，是一場完美的味覺享受！

Don't let the name fool you! Inspired by the timid little mouse in Robert Burns' famous poem, this Highland blended malt is "Timorous by name, but a Beastie by nature." Produced in small batches with zero added colour or chill-filtration, it brings together some of the Highlands' finest distilleries. It's a wonderfully sweet, dessert-like dram that is incredibly welcoming for beginners while offering a surprisingly big character.

Nose Incredibly sweet and inviting right from the start, gently warming up to reveal delicate floral notes, light barley, and a touch of spicy honey.

Palate A delightful burst of flavour! It opens with a gentle, warming spice before settling into rich, fruity notes of plump raisins and deliciously sweet, sugary fudge.

Finish Smooth and sweet, leaving a comforting trail of rich oak, milky cereals, and a lovely, lingering hint of baked meringue.

Tips for Serving With its sweet, pastry-like profile, this is an absolutely brilliant after-dinner dram. Sip it neat or pair it with your favourite chocolate or caramel pudding to really make those beautiful fudge notes shine.
