We use the rice from Fushimi, Kyoto, which is grown without pesticides and is suitable for sake brewing. Junmai Daiginjo niboshi is the most luxurious and elegant among niboshi, with a fresh and strong taste. The sweetness and richness unique to the niboshi that spreads in your mouth is intertwined with the delicate bubbles from the slight fire, allowing you to enjoy an unparalleled delicious taste. Please enjoy "rice bubble". If you pair it with light beer, you can enjoy a mellow and unique experience.
