The original sparkling wine that our store developed for the first time in Japan has been updated with the flavor of rice. The moment you put it in your mouth, the fruity aroma spreads in your mouth.                                                                                                                                        Please enjoy the "rice foam" with the sweetness and bitterness unique to nigori and the fine foam.                                                                                                                                           Please eat it with dishes that bring out the flavor of ingredients such as sashimi and remoulade. It also goes well with stir-fried or deep-fried dishes such as Chinese cuisine that use oil.
