This Astro Bunny Pét-Nat from Wildman Wine is pure fun in a bottle, embodying the spirit of zero-intervention winemaking. Featuring a captivating blend of Arneis and aromatic Zibibbo, the wine is crafted with maximum flavour and texture in mind. The Zibibbo was intentionally given 24 hours of pre-ferment skin contact to unlock its intense aromatics,while the other grapes, including Fiano and Arneis, were gently co-fermented. Like all Pet-Nats, it is produced using the Méthode Ancestrale: bottled with about $12\text{ g/L}$ residual sugar, the wine naturally completes its fermentation in the bottle over winter, achieving a gentle foam rather than an aggressive fizz. This process is entirely natural—using wild yeasts, no additions, no fining, no filtration, and zero sulphur—delivering $100\%$ pure goodness.

Aroma & Palate | A spectacularly "smashable" fizz that is fully dry and incredibly lively. The colour is a hazy, peachy orange—a result of the zero-sulphur approach. The aromas are explosive, featuring bright white peach, fragrant tangerine,and cut lime. The bubbles are soft and foamy, carrying classic flavours of peach and nectarine, rounded off by a mouth-watering, juicy watermelon wetness that makes it highly "gluggable."
