This ultra-fun Pét-Nat dazzles with a vibrant cranberry juice pink hue and an aromatic explosion of cherries—think red cherries, cherry pips, and glacé cherries—it's all about the cherries! The palate is equally enticing, showcasing flavours of pomegranate, blood orange, and spice, finishing with a savoury twist of raspberry and salted liquorice. The fermentation process uses native yeasts in stainless steel, with 25% of the Mataro and Nero d'Avola fermented as whole-cluster, while the rest is de-stemmed and whole-berry. After 8 hours of skin contact, the wine is aged for 7 months in the bottle.
